A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

Centralized Indirect Cost Rate Negotiation

If your organization has elected to negotiate a rate with the State of Illinois, you will receive a welcome invitation from our vendor’s Indirect Cost Rate Negotiation System, CRMP.
